Rest assure that the Game Mode issue (Counter Strike Source not opening) has been already escalated for a fix. The resolution will come as an automatic update that requires no further action on your behalf.


    To be certain that the issue is not caused by something else, I have created a ticket and sent you instructions via email on how to start troubleshooting the issue. Ticket ID: 201104051007656.


    Last but not least, please read our Forum Rules about how to post a Support query. With all the respect but without providing me at least the basics information about the PC and the issue you encounter, it will be impossible to understand the issue and provide you with a correct resolution.
