Bitdenfender Blocks Lan Activities

I am using BD Total Security 2010. It dont allow me to do any activities on my local network. I cannot print, transfer files over the network. the pc's in my network are not visible in network neighborhood icon.

How can i allow all the local network activities?

What are your Bitdefender Firewall settings? Is the Windows Firewall enabled too?
