Though installed, Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter cannot start.
In my search for an answer, I have read elsewhere that this may be caused by firewall's disabling IPv6 networking. Unfortunately, I do not see such specific option in BD.
Windows 7 HP x64
BDIS 2010
Any suggestions?
