Internet Slowdown And Seccentre.exe Error Message

My internet is running really really slowly since I installed BitDefender 2011. Using the tab which showed me how much BitDefender was working it was on full bars whenever I was on the internet.

I use Firefox (current version installed) and have just gone in and updated my Antivirus Advanced settings to remove the tick on AVC.

I also have twice now got a seccentre.exe application error: the instruction 0x04d1c4ee referenced memory at 0x00000121. The memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate the program.

I have also run the program to get a report which I can email to you.

Please help.
