tis runtime error thing juz ###### out sometimes when me sufting the web.... then after press ok then the comp will juz like hang then nid restart comp... help pls ??

p.s : it is becoz of tis file ---> vsserv

What language version of BitDefender are you using? What language is your operating system?

What browser are you using? Which version are you using e.g Internet Explorer 6 or 7 ? Can you reproduce the problem on sites? If so on which sites? When the problem occurs perform what is written here.

is English.... n me no use internet explorer me use Maxthon oni .... the version is Bitdefender Internet Security 2008 .... well for the website .... me not sure coz tis error juz come out anytime ....

Hi D4wnRaider,

This issue has been reported a few times on this forum. I also reported it to TechSupport, and they told me that the problem is known and the Dev Team is making efforts to fix it (but an approximate date of the fix release is not yet known).

We're sorry, but there's no known fix just yet...you have to wait until a patch is released.
