Active X Prob

Hello,

Ever since I ran MalwareBytes for the first time, I had a couple of infected items, and I removed all the infected items and restarted then I get this -> Everytime I try to "show" my BitDefender2010 I get a white screen and also "One or more Active X controls could not be displayed" and also whenever I put my cursor on my BitDefender2010 icon it gives me this "BitDefender services are loading, please wait..."

I have been looking through the forums related to this and I saw that upgrading for free helped people to fix their problem; however, you would need to reuse the activation key? I do not remember my activation key nor know where it is. Is there another solution that can repair for the losses or fix my problem without the use of free updating?

You can either repair BitDefender from START -> All Programs -> BitDefender -> BitDefender 2010 -> Repair or Remove

OR

You can upgrade for Free to BitDefender 2011 IF your PC meets the system requirements described in the article below:

- and click on the 'System Requirements' tab;

NOTE: upon upgrading you can use the same license key you used to register 2010. If you can't remember your license key, you can see it in the Registration tab within BitDefender in 'Expert Mode' or by logging with your account details at:
