HELP!!!!
Today I have spent 5 hours attempting to upgrade/renew my Bitdefender 2009 as it expires in 3 days. Every time I attempt to 'check-out' the page is unable to be displayed. I have attempted to contact Bitdefender via online help with no success and have tried the Australian Phone Number listed several times however it rings a few times then disconnects.
I'm due to head off travelling tomorrow afternoon so need to have an active up to date Internet Protection enabled.
I'm very frustrated by the seemingly lack of available assistance both on the website and via the non-working phone number.
All I want to do is renew/upgrade my Internet protection.....HELP!!!
