Cumulative.zip Corrupt Since Several Month Ago

I cannot extract cumulative.zip since several month ago.

Even i download it in different network location, different PC.

It's corrupt or something ?

Asking for help to BitDefender require license key that belong to my customer.

I just want to know if anyone can extract it without problem.
