Recently BitDefender to point out a critical error, returns, and restarts the service, can take a look analysis of the report.

    Hello,

First of all please remove the second link from your signature. Not allowed by the Forum rules - I recommend you to read them :)

I have analyzed the dump file and the vsserv crash is caused by httproxy.dll file associated with BitDefender. Do you have BitDefender installed in English or Russian ?

Can you reproduce the steps of the crash ? When is the crash occurring ? Are you starting a certain program ?

    What do you mean by

when I update axis to SP1
    ?

I have created a ticket on your behalf with ID: 201106211012772.

    Looking forward to your answer!

Link removed from the signature. Installed the English version. Try to track when there is an error message. Anti-virus is already installed, when I update Windows to service PACK 1.

I do not think that the two are related (Windows SP1 installation and the BitDefender crashes). Try to pinpoint when exactly the crash occurs so I can try to reproduce it.
