Activity Bar On Dual Monitor System

I have a dual monitor system. How can I move the activity bar to the second screen. I do not succeed to go to the second monitor

First send some more information, if possible with snapshots
1) Operating System
2) Graphic Card
3) Display Settings (Windows and Graphic Card)
4) Monitor Display Size0 -
The activity bar can not be used on multiple monitors. You can only keep it on the monitor detected as primary (default) display set in Graphical options.
