hello there,

i can't open some of my games after installing the bitdefender antivirus pro 2011, the said games works fine before i install the program

when i double click the two this what appears

i tried to exclude them in the shield protection but nothing happens it still blocking it

btw im using windows xp professional service pack 3

dual core computer

Hello,

Please disable AVC module and let me know if the issue persist. Also, try to see if the issue is resolved if you add ALL files as exceptions into "Exclusions" tab.

i disabled the avc module and i can play now thanks for the help " />

Glad I could help Please note that by default the AVC comes as enabled on a medium-high level so it's normal to expect a possible restriction when running a game.
