[resolved]Real Time Protection Not Working And Virus Scan Module Unavailable

Hi there,

I am having a problem with BD IS 2011. My real time protection is not working and my virus scan module is unavailable also. I tried working through the steps in the kb for the real time protection fix, including the two patches, but they didn't work. Patch 2 constantly gave me a "installation failure" error.

This comp. is a hp pavillion running Vista.

If you require any other information please let me know.

Any help is appreciated.

OK, that wierd. All the problems have corrected themselves by themselves. Strange. . .
