Set Network Type To Trusted

Hi all,
Is it safe to set network type to TUSTED instead of HOME/OFFICE? Whats the difference between these two?
Will bitdefender firewall still going to protect me if I do so?
BTW, im using internet security 2012

For Bitdefender Firewall Help go to Start--->All Programs--->Bitdefender 2012--->Help
or manually go to the path
C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2012\support\offlinemanual\
and open index.html and click Firewall and then click on Configuring network connection settings.0 -
