[duplicate]Can Not Find Computers

Hi

Ive tried the network map auto discovery and add computers manually and it always reports that there are not other computers running Bit defender.

Is there any way around this?

How many computers do you have in the Home Network, how are they connected into that network, what BitDefender products you have installed on each of those PC and last but not least what Operating System is used on each PC ?

Do you try to add the PC by local IP address ?

Hi. Sorry to butt in but I'm having the same issue. I tried adding the other PC by IP address. I have tried several different ways to do this but no luck. Any help?

Same here, all 3 windows 7 64bit 2012 Bit Defender total security. I just upgraded from 2010 because I could not get a response to solve the issue here:
