Safego Not Activated

Hello, BitDefender 2012 is very nice,but has too many bugs.. First i want to inform a bug about SafeGo. Even though we activate SafeGo application in Facebook,the SafeGo in BitDefender doesn't monitor that it is activated. I have also by removing SafeGo service from my account and reuse(Reactivate)SafeGo in Facebook so that BitDefender sync. But it doesn't worked. I have also tried to activate it from Bitdefender,but it was activated and it shows that not activated. Because of this many people think that they are NOT Protected with Safego even though it is turned on. Please make sync better with Facebook application and Main UI.Thank You...

im having the same problem i registered my software, and activated but it still said its not active i tried contacting the tech support but no one has answered! The reason i got bitdefender was because it was the best software to preventing the viruses on Facebook from infecting my computer. HELP

I have the same problem! I enabled and authorized the Facebook app then it tells me "Facebook protection is not activated for your account."
