Hi,
I bought Bitdefender and, after many hours of trying to work out what was wrong with my computers (I am not a technician), I read many reviews saying that Bitdefender was too resource hungry.
Therefore, I have made the decision to ask for a refund.
I have tried the usual channels on the main Bitdefender website but never received confirmation of receiving my request.
Any telephone contact numbers (for UK) I tried cut off and weren't working.
I went into My Bitdefender and tried to send a ticket from there. I'm not a100% sure that worked either.
Very disappointed with the support here and have now resorted to putting a message on the forum for help.
Please PM me if you work for administrator support to explain what is going on.
I look forward to a response ASAP.
