Online Backups From Bdts 2011

So, I've upgraded to a new machine. My previous machine was running BDTS 2011 and before upgrading I did an online backup as a means of transferring my data from one PC to another. Apparently the download link that was part of my license email is a link to BDTS 2012. Not a huge problem except 2012 does not seem to allow access to those previous 2011 backups. Is this true and if I can still access them how do I do so? Will I need to uninstall 2012 and reinstall 2011? This is a rather significant question as I have 9 other machines using the online backup feature. I'd rather not have to wrestle with this on all machines if I upgrade.

Backup account can access the online site bitdefenderbackup. User name is used to create a new account email address. From here you can retrieve your uploaded files, but you can not upload new files. For that problem, you have to open a support ticket and support will help colleagues. Only attempt this, I hope they will be able to solve your problem.
