Help! Please..............

I bought internet security 2012 online from bitdefender, the problem i have is theat it ceased loading halfway through. Now i do not have a clue how to get it on my computer... Bitdefender have taken the money, but i bought 3 licences so need to know how i get them??? Hope i am making sense, please help someone..

    We need more detailed information regarding exactly what happens. Did the download of the file fail? Did it just stop (hang) or did you get an error message? If so, please post a screen shot of the error message.


    Did the installation file download completely but when you ran it did it hang? Did you get an error message? If so, please post a screen shot of the error message.


    We need to know what steps you took and the result of each step. If necessary, you can just try running the installation file again to gather this information.


    Which Windows OS are you running? 32-bit or 64-bit?


    What kind of processor (CPU) does it have?


    How much memory (RAM) is installed?

    Also try this in addition to Gary's queries that install without entering the license key i.e. select option to evaluate the product and enter license key after the successful installation of Bitdefender. I also face the same issue and try this trick.
