Auto Pilot Not Automatically Starts

Hello, I have difficulty in setting the auto pilots to start automatically on startup. I have to manually set this to on whenever I start my computer.


Please help me ... !!!

    Regarding your query please provide me with the following information:


    - do you have Paranoid Mode set to ON under Firewall >>> Advanced ?


    - post the exact steps you take for the issue to occur;


    - post your Operating system;


    - post the BitDefender product you are using;


    - have you used a previous version of Bitdefender before installing 2012?;


    - any error displayed on the screen;

    This is my information :


    Paranoid : Off .


    Windows 7 x64.


    Bitdefender TS 2012.


    I used Bitdefender since Bitdefender 2009.


    No error messages display on the screen. I just have to manually turn on the auto-pilot.
