Am trying to install BD onto our new ASUS laptop. We have a multi-machine license and this new machine is replacing an old desk top.
Everything goes well with the install from scan through download. Then we get the error message:
Could not Access Network Location %Public%\Desktop
This is an installation failed message the only option we have is "Finish" and when we click the button the program ends with nothing installed.
Help!
