Hello there,


I bought BitDefender Tottal security and since i installed it i can't play the above games!


it might be something with their hack shield and BitDefender.


I always get disconnected from the game.


Please help, if need any additional information i am here.

    Hello,


    What Windows are you using ? Do you receive an error message when the game disconnect ? What antihack shield are you referring to ?

    Just so you know, it's not just me, probably anyone that'll have your product wont be able to play their games, look at this thread, posted in it:

    Anyway, i am using windows 7 x64 bit ultimate, the game use hackshield pro.


    And i also posted in the site support section and haven't got any reply up till now, 48 hours ago or so.


    When the game disconnect i don't really get any suspicious message, sometimes there is something in the background but it closes vary fast!


    Can't you install one of their games and check it? Not that hard, QA my friend, it's the magic word ;).


    Sarcasm out of the way, please heellllllp me :), i don't want to refund, you solution is light and fast, and pretty cool.
