version:total security 2008 final and i use XP sp2
when the BD is scanning or I am using the IE ,a serious problem offen occurs. it is "runtime error" because of the "sserv.exe". then i have no choice but to reboot the computer.it really drives me creazy.i noticed that someone had already asked the same proble here but no one replied to him .and i konw some other people who use the version 2008 have the same problem too.anybody here can solve it ! i drop the Kaspersky and use BD which seems like the anti-virus NO.1,please do not let me down.
