Phone numbers/ chat don't work ..


And i don't get answers on my mail.

  • When i bought my software i got the wrong language needed dutch or english not french.


    + because i left the site a few times because of pc troubles, it added stuff extra that i didnt needed when i bought it.


    Was in a hurry because of possible crash.

  • I can't even see my new licenses yet on the site :x so atm worried if i got scammed ..

    From your past purchase history and judging by your location, it seems that the new order was placed trough a 3rd party vendor, Eptimum

    left the site but when i made my new input it still was in it, it never got removed


    and 2 extra problems i needed a english version not french not all people from belgium talk french :P


    and i can't see my new licence when i look at my account. Only my old licenses.

    The English version of the Bitdefender software can be downloaded from here


    I did not understand clearly if you received the newly purchased license key for Bitdefender 2012. If you did receive it, you must register the Bitdefender software (as it was purchase trough a 3rd party vendor and the databases are not share) or you can add it manually from https://my.bitdefender.com/ -> Products -> Add license

    now i see

    Expires in 336 day(s)


    But i think i still had more days left + never saw the extra days that i bought by mistake on same key. (not that i want those, but I recieved an online order with them on it.)

    Eptimum informed us that they ran into some technical issues with their online platform, thus they were not able to deliver the license key upon purchase.


    We are looking into this situation. You will receive word from us and/or Eptimum when it is solved, however I can not give you an ETA. I I am sorry the inconvenience.
