Yes, it has. You need to use the file bdc.exe from:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender Threat Scanner\Antivirus_0xxxx_****** where you need to pick the highest value of ****** (the last folder created).
Type bdc.exe /? for a list of attributes you can set for scanning.
