Total Security 2012

I've used bitdefender for numerous years, pretty well hassle free until 2012.

Installed it yesterday, fired up this morning, no internet access, noticed bitdefender was grayed out and stated it was not responding, did a reboot, same issue, run the repair option, bitdefender started working although couldn't update and there was no internet access.

Totally removed TS 2012 and instantly gained internet access.

I'm now running 2011 again and, I must say, I'm not overly impressed with 2012 at the moment.

For my modest personal opinion this product ( 2012 ) is excellent is also very stable

Hello,

How exactly have you made the upgrade from 2011 to 2012 ? From what you describe it seems that you haven't removed 2011 and the orphan files still stored on your PC prevented 2012 from installing correctly.

What Operating System are you using ? What PC architecture ?
