"pc Has Never Been Scanned" Error After Numerous Scans

I have BitDefender Internet Security 2011 and no matter what action I take, my security status remains in Critical with the two pending issues of "Real-time protection is disabled" and "This PC has never been scanned for viruses". When I go into options, Real-time protection is enabled and my PC wont respond to any scans.

My Systems and Security alert from Windows is saying that Antivirus is turned off. This concerns me.

I have submitted a request to the support team through the program itself also.

Did you receive a trouble ticket number from support? If so, please post it. What have they had you try so far? You can try the solutions in this KB article.

We also need the basic information about your PC -

What BD product do you have - AV, IS or TS?

What Windows OS, architecture & SP level?

Type & speed CPU?

How much RAM?

Do you have any other security programs installed?
