Blocked Website

Tried on IE 9, FF 6, Chrome all result in Bitdefender AV2011 blocking the site www.shelburnelongboats.com - error attached

Running W7 Home 64 bit SP1

Welcome to the forum.

Is this a new problem? Had you been able to get to the site before? Is this a new installation of BDAV 2011?

Using IE8 on a WinXP Pro SP3 x86 desktop with BDAV 2011 installed, I was able to get to the website with no problem:

Two things to check - temporarily uncheck (turn off) Real Time Protection to see if you can reach the website. You can also try moving the slider from Default to Permissive to see if that makes a difference:

Second, are Automatic Updates enabled? What is the date of the last Check and Update? What is the Virus signature and Engine Version?

Let us know the result of your testing.

I've used BD for 5 years or so - first time on the forum as I never had an issue!

I have BD running on 3 systems

2 laptops with Win 7 home SP1

1 desktop with XP Media Centre with SP3

All 3 have Windows updates activated and are current.

BD is updated to Build 14.0.30.357, Version Sigs 8972613 Engine version 7.38787 and updated today 8/26 on all 3 systems

With Real Time Protection disabled I can get to the site.

I know the site manager and am actually going to be re-engineering the site so there shouldn't be a malware issue.

OK guess no more ideas -

I have the contract to redo the site so hope that will scour anything BDAV seems to be picky about although some idea why BDAV is blacklisting this site anyone?
