Downloading Problem

I have a problem whene i trying to download any thing after i installed BitDefender TS It waits for a long time then it prompts me to download, file size is not shown in the IDM window. If I click "start download" it will stay at "connecting" then it will say "timed out". This happens even if I download it without a download manager. and this is not just with internet download manager but with IE9 downloader ...
and if i really lucky the download start via internet download manager with one port only and without resume ..
I turnd of evry thing in BitDefender TS even the firewall but still the same problem . so plz can any one help me out

Several users have posted about download problems, some were using IDM.

Hello,
Please check the topic below and let me know if the issue persist after the last update performed.
Right click on the BitDefender icon and select "Update Now". Wait for the process to complete then restart the PC.
