Bd Antivirus Pro 2012 Fatal Error On Install

Everytime I have tried to install Antivirus Pro 2012 everything scans correctly, and the files download correctly, however, on the actual install stage it hits 71% its fails. It ends with an error stat "Fatal Error during installation".

I've tried to uninstall using your tools numerous times. It does not, however, ask me to reboot after I run the uninstall tool. Not sure if that raises any flags. I've searched the forums here and there and haven't seen any similar problems. I ran your support tool as well, but not sure if I missed anything. Just thought I'd attempt to get everything necessary for troubleshooting in one go.

I have :

AMD Phenom Triple Core 2.1 Ghz Processor

4 gigs of Ram

Running Windows 7 Ultimate

Hi Darksider and sorry for my late response.

Please upload to a web hosting file sharing server (Filelist.com ; RapidShare.com ; Mediafire.com etc) the file bdinstall.bin from the following location:

C:\ProgramData

Note that the folder is hidden by default so you need to either type the location manually or enable "Show hidden files and folders" under Folder Options.

When you have the download link send it via PM along with the sysdump.tar log file. Last but not least please also mention the topic link for faster tracking.
