Antiphishing Toolbar Not Appear In Any Site Except Google

Im using firefox 6. The anti phishing toolbar (grey button) only shows up in Google sites and also in Bitdefender.com

In all other sites the toolbar does not display. Im using adblock plus and no ****** Firefox addons.

Please note that our toolbar is working now for Firefox 6 and 7.
