Purchased and downloaded online. Get error message: "Some files could not be created" followed instructions to reboot. Rebooted numerous times and no success. OS is Window XP Professional.
Do you have SP 2 or SP3 installed with WinXP? SP3 is required.

Not the txt file is what I need to analyze but the full file, sysdump.tar. Please upload it and send me a PM with the download link.
Do not upload it here, on the forum. Use one of the file sharing online websites like www.sendspace.com ; www.mediafire.com ; www.rapidshare.com etc.
