2012 Bitdefender Wont Install To 64 Bit Xp

I just installed windows XP 64 bit but i had a Bitdefender already and when i tried to install it will not let me i thought it was the copy so i another copy only to find i had the same result i would like a refund for one cause already bought but also would like to know why it will not download to my OP system.

Seems this was the resolution as was the same for me said the same thing.

"I have BDAV 2011 installed on XP x64 SP2 but when I try to execute the installer from the link that Gini provided, it says, "Bitdefender 2012 cannot be installed on your system".

What should I do now as I have 431 days left on my license and it would be bad I weren't able to upgrade my BDAV to 2012."

Kindly help with some workaround.

Really for like 6 days no answer what Customer Service is this the kind that doesnt exist.

There is no workaround so you can install Bitdefender 2012 on a Windows XP x64 machine. The OS is no longer supported. If you wish to proceed with the refund send me a PM with the following details and I will pass it to my colleagues from the Sales department.
