Stop Port Scan Popups But Continue To Stop Port Scans

The port scan pop up is annoying. Have tried to disable. Not working. Please help.

    I am also having this problem; the pop-ups occur every two to three minutes since I installed 2012. It interrupts whatever I'm doing and I can't find any way to shut them down except to turn the port scans off (which seems like a terrible idea). I'm running 64 bit Windows 7.

    The guys who sit behind a router, I think the rule is to add a network adapter to permit the address 192.168.1.1, or unlock the port, this function takes on a router.

    Please note that if you we disable that alert and silently block ports, your applications will not function properly.
