Quickscan Installation Question

While attempting to run Quickscan Free Online Scanner

I was prompted to look for a bar (prompt) to install some

supporting software (Active X ?). This bar does

not appear in the applet (or browser). Is this a

common occurance > perhaps due to high website

traffic, etc?

Can you offer a link to this necessary (Active X ?)

software so that it can be downloaded / installed

manually so that I am able to use Quickscan?
