Please open up Bitdefender using your desktop icon.
Click on "Settings" and go to the "Firewall" module.
In the right side click on the "Advanced" tab. Temporary disable "Paranoid Mode" from "Alert Intensity".
After this click on "Application rules", search for the blocked application and delete that rule. Enable Paranoid Mode, close all the windows and restart your machine.
This should solve the current situation.
