Honestly, customer service is awful with bitdefender....
BD is piece of junk. Uninstalled and move on to diff vendor. They don't care why should you. I'm one of them and will not touch BD for a million years. Honestly, i've been there and experience this mess glad i'm over. I just know people will start turning away by this vendor sooner or later0 -
Getting fed up with this.
Going to look for another supplier as I only have 37 days left on my license and this has still not been resolved.
Even with latest product update sandbox is still NOT working.
No one seems to respond to queries or requests.
Fed up with this, is this what you call customer service?
Will not be recommending bitdefender to anyone soon.
Sort this out guys, this is not worthy of a major competitor in the AV market...0 -

I agree with you. It says award winning but once you try it, you'll understand what is really going on! Nothing but problems and headaches! This company is not a good company. I will never recommend to any of my friend, family or colleagues.0 -

The Safebox issue reported on this topic will be fixed in the next product update, build .39.
I can tell you that the update will be launched until the end of this month via Automatic Updates.
