Installation Stops At Install Files

i m using win 7 home premium sp1. while re installing I.S 2012 the installation stops at install files. i have tried 3-4 times but same problem persists.

    Please tell me, have you tried to install the product using the offline kit?


    Do you have a ticket ID created in our system?


    In the support tool log I can see that you have Bitdefender 2011 installed. Have you used our uninstall tool to remove the old product?
