System And Application Errors

Antivirus Plus 2012 is generating errors in my Win XP event logs. I have run the repair feature in Bitdefender as instructed by tech support.


I have uninstalled bitdefender using their uninstaller supplied by bitdefender tech support and reinstalled bitdefender with their installer kit.


I continue to receive these errors. I have formatted my hard drive and reinstalled Win XP along with all updates and services packs yet I continue to receive these errors.

I have uninstalled bitdefender once again and this is what is left , I now have errors in DEVICE MANAGER !


This error in device manager is being generated without bitdefender being installed.

I have not had a response to Ticket ID:201109241014669 in 3 days.


I have called twice requesting a refund . I am told that I have exceeded the 30 day refund period. Since I installed this software 40 + days ago I have spent more than half that time troubleshooting the software and removing virus that bitdefender allowed onto my system.


Tech support has given up on my problem and I have given up on your product. I once again request a refund.
