I recently purchased a license renewal and received a seven digit key. I could not use it to register 2010. I uninstalled 2010 and installed 2012. Uninstalled 2012 right away and re-installed 2010. Is there any way to get a renewal key for 2010 or my money refunded if not?

    Please contact support directly with your key and ask for an exchange. You may post the ticket id here if you're not getting an answer in a convenient time-frame.

    Hi Eric.


    The seven digit key can be used only for Bitdefender 2011/2012.


    In order to register Bitdefender 2010, you need a longer key(with 20 characters).


    You will contacted by one of my colleagues from Customer Service and your key will be changed.


    Also please note that the long key can be used too on Bitdefender 2011/2012.
