Install Stops
Tried numerous times on 2 different computers to install 2012 antivirus. Downloaded the installer and ran it. Only gets to 99% download and as high as 9% installed and stops. Dell laptop running XP SP3
Ready to switch to someone else. I've wasted hours on this restarting and stopping.

With WinXP you can ignore the Run As Administrator part of the procedure.
Do you have any other security program(s) currently installed on your PC? Did you uninstall any other security program(s) prior to installing or attempting to install BD? If yes, what method did you use to uninstall it/them - the program's Windows Start Menu 'Uninstall' function, Windows Add/Remove Program function, the company's standalone downloaded uninstall tool or a third party uninstaller such as Revo Uninstaller?

It never installs. Never finishes downloading. Nothing else is running. No antivirus. Windows uninstall0 -
If you can't complete downloading the file, then there is another problem with your PC. No wonder it won't install. Can you download any large file?

Was able to download from my computer and save the file to a jump drive and transfer to the other desktop. FINALLY, i was able to run the file and install.
Another question if you can.
I need to transfer another license from an old laptop that crashed to another new laptop. How do I do that?

If you have a 3-PC license, you don't have to do anything special. Just install as normal and enter the same license key when prompted.
