After installation Bitdefender Internet Security 2012 game Need For Speed World loading of components from the Internet has ceased to work doesn't occur. (The necessary modules) aren't downloaded


Rules in firewall are added.


Game ceases to answer. (Hangs)


The similar problem occurs at program use "WebMoney Keeper Classic 3.9.5.0" program hangs.


If it is connected with Bitdefender how to solve a problem?

    Considering the fact that you have 2 independent but similar issues AND the fact that I suspect both issues being related to Traffic Light AND, since I have an updated version of it, we can test the fix for both issues live, in a remote session.

    So it is not fixed a bug in Win7 x64 Bitdefender if in WebMoney Keeper Classic (the only official program for the management of money in the largest payment system WebMoney) someone handed me a chat message (for example, that the money is received) and I open the message, or when forced open the chat window of any of the authorized contacts of Keeper, at this moment there is an emergency shutdown of the program in 100% of cases.


    Kiper is downloaded from an official source (http://www.wmtransfer.com/eng/about/demo/download.shtml). Windows 7 x64 Ult. is clean and it was fully reinstalled many times.

    Please do not pay attention to the fact that logs a month ago.


    By experimenting once again I`ve found that the problem is not in the firewall, but in proactive module. If you disable active virus control, the crashes disappear.


    Please fix this bug, since WebMoney Keeper Classic is an official agent of the largest in the CIS virtual payment system Webmoney.

    The problem has been seen on previous versions of antivirus (BDIS 2011-2012), but did not disappear even in the BDIS 2013. Since then have been several versions of the official program for the financial management of the payment system. By the way, no other antivirus product does not conflict with WebMoney Keeper.
