There is an option to Allow or Block PCs from the Adapter/Zones by MAC Address along with IP addresses.

    If you create a new zone and block that IP, it doesn't matter the MAC Address.

    When the PC is configured with DHCP and every time the PC will have different IP. In this case blocking with MAC address would be beneficial and this blocking does not depend on IP address.
