Question Related For Ordering Any Bitdefender Product

Dear Bitdefender team,

If anyone orders Bitdefender product (online) ,will he get serial/CD key in his email as well? Normally people from middle east will not go for any shipment but direct buy ,download and installation.

The backup disc is provided at an additional cost of $10.00 and can be selected for purchase when viewing the Shopping Cart. By default, only the electronic download of the software is provided, as the install kit can be downloaded at any time online and registered with the purchased license key: http://www.bitdefender.com/Downloads/

Electronic Download case

Electronic download of the software will include License key ,how bitdefender team will give license key to the customer (through email?). In case of license key lost how we can we retreive it?

Backup disc case

Will bitdefender team ship that backup CD to customer address to any middle east country (Pakistan in my case)?

Hello Asif,

The Bitdefender 7 digit license key and the download links for the install kit are delivered via email once the payment is confirmed (via credit card it usually takes around 5 minutes).

If a backup disc is selected for delivery, it can be shipped worldwide. In your case, in up to 10 business days.
