Bdts 2012 No Thanka - Refund Thank You

I would like a refund for Bitdefender Total Security that I purchased 3 days ago ###### the product is not working properly and our machines are performing terribly. Looking at all the complaints about this product on your forums I am not interested to persist with it. Shame, we were new customers, and your product shows at the top of many lists, what a disappointment to see the reality of the product.


On this webpage http://www.bitdefender.com/support/The-Ref...Policy-539.html it refers to clicking on links on the left hand side in order to begin the refund process, but there are not any links on the left hand side of this page.


Please contact ASAP to advise me how to get a refund ASAP!!!!


I have sent 3 previous emails and do not get any response from you
