Well, first let me say that I have confidence in the work you guys, and forgive any misunderstanding with my English. and sorry if this is not the place to these technical problems.

I will say here step by step what happened:

I entered the site of BitDefender> http://www.bitdefender.com/br/

I clicked to buy the version: 3 Pcs Bitdefender Total Security 2012 R$ 125.99 (money br)

I went to the shopping basket, and have not seen it described the 2011, and ended up buying without seeing.

Then the bizarre happened, after registering the mail during the installation, came the confirmation email I sent to the site bitdefender Portugal.

Oddly the other products in 2012, while trying to buy them and go shopping basket are properly identified as 2012, I believe this must have been a failure only with TOTAL SECURITY, thanks waiting for a solution.

The issue you mentioned has already been signaled to the online team and will be solved in the following 48hours.

Regardless of the issue on the Brasil website, you can upgrade at no extra cost to the Bitdefender 2012 version as follows:

-run the uninstall tool from here

-install Bitdefender 2012 using the install kit from here

-register using the same 7 digit license key you received for the Bitdefender 2011 version
