Hello, I am utilizing this forum as I am unable to locate a phone number for customer service on the BidDefender website. I noticed a charge on my current credit card statement from your company, though I do not have BitDefender software on my personal computer and have no recollection of ever purchasing your products.
This charge was made without my authorization or knowledge and I would like the charge removed. I would also like to ensure that this charge is not repeated next year, as I have read other customer complaints saying they have experienced this problem once a year. I look forward to your feedback.
