I am having the same problem as everyone else and would l ike for it to be solved too please, I have done the log into facebook account and so on and it still doesnt work, help please

Your machine doesn't meet the software requirements to tun Bitdefender 2012.
You need to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 via Windows Update.

After this,
- Click on the START menu button
- Go to All Programs -> BitDefender 2012 -> Repair or Remove. Use the first option.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and restart the computer each time you are requested to.
- Test to see if the issue still replicates.
Hi there is one more option available to update database i.e called offline updation.
Please download latest database from website and run that exe file in your system
