Windows Xp Installation Failed

I bought the Bitdefender Internet Security 2012 and tried to download it several times.

Every time when I started the installation program this error occurs. See please attachment.

I downloaded also the bitdefender uninstaller and run it several times.

I've got WIN XP with SP3

Any ideas what is the problem?
