Bitdefender Is 2012 Settings Revert To Default After Reboot

Hi guys,

I have a problem with Bitdefender internet security 2012 settings, settings like automatic laptop mode, anonymous usage reports, rescan quarantine after virus definition update & submit quarantined files for further analysis all revert back to default values after rebooting the laptop...

I have contacted Bitdefender customer care [Ticket ID:201111171024999], & I have repaired the installation like they said & even used the bit defender products uninstaller & performed clean install after cleaning the registry but still have the same issue..

Any other ideas??

the same here...

The problem with the "anonymous usage reports ON/OFF" I believe it's left intentionally to collect data from users ... Bitdefender shouldn't collect any kind of data without users permission. So this way this is a tricky one that this option it's not working....

Also this problem it's from August as I read from others posts and it's a known one.
