I created a support request with ticket number 201111151004276 almost 9 days ago but I have not received any response.


I also contacted support via chat 3 days ago. Chris on chat promised that I will receive a response in 24-48 hours but no one has replied back to me and almost 72 hours have gone by.


This lack of response is bordering on unacceptable now. So please respond back on the status of my request.


the request is about an error message I receive when I click "Is Spam" button on anit-spam toolbar in thunderbird. Please see details of my request on the ticket.
